Design Thinker Public Session

Design Thinker is an energizing workshop that challenges participants to flex your creativity to solve a realistic and complex design challenge. In so doing, you’ll engage with the terms, techniques, and thought patterns of successful innovators.

The Design Thinker model incorporates three lenses: Desirability (what does the user want?), Viability (business aspects), and Feasibility (technology and organization capability).  The emphasis is on the User and that is where we start. We’ll practice ethnographic techniques to develop insights that lead to more targeted innovation.

We’ll also practice designing experiments to test hypotheses and sharpen the feasibility of solutions. Through it all you and your team mates will gain valuable points for idea generation and evaluation. It’s fun, it’s fast and you’ll learn skills you can apply to your innovation challenges.

Maggie will lead a public session open to professionals interested in experiencing this powerful new simulation.
